A conservation-forward development practice

Studio N/A is a design-driven response to the loss of our area's period homes and landscapes to ever-larger spec houses. Partners (in business and life) Nicole Lanteri & Aaron Trent are setting out to show that, for us, the status quo in development is "not applicable."

 

Our first project, 1st Place North, is a 1951 Ranch reimagined for its next generation of modern living. The residence, fully furnished, will be offered for sale on the early spring market in 2027.
